Below are a some answers to some of our more commonly asked questions. If you don't find what you're looking for on this page, feel free to email email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card or a paypal account all through Paypal! You do not need a paypal account to use this service, it is simply a safe & secure portal for you to shop online.
Alternatively you can pay by cash on collection.
We do not accept cheques.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Its £17 for all international postage. This does not include any import taxes and that is the responsibility of the customer to pay for. Ordinarily for printed paper there are no import tax’s but some countries vary.
My print is a different colour, or has different marks to the one online.
Well this can happen for many reasons, computer monitors are all set to different settings and can make colours look different. As for marks, well many of the prints we sell are screen-prints, it’s a handmade process and each print can have slight differences, the odd interesting splatter or spot where the ink has not made it through the screen. We always send the edition that we would choose for ourselves, and if there are considerable differences will always email you before posting to check you are happy. If you think it’s something else or damaged then please take pictures and email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I come and see work before I buy it?
Yes you can, if its Graham Carters work you’re interested in then his studio in Hove is the best place, for all other artists you can come to Seaford. Both of these are strictly by appointment so please email email@example.com to arrange.
My order has not arrived yet!
If you ordered your print 5 working days ago it should be on its way but feel free to drop us an email if your concerned that it has been a long time on firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to collect my order
That’s not a problem, please email email@example.com and we will arrange a time for you! You can choose to collect from Seaford or Hove.
I didn’t collect my order from the sorting office in time & it has been returned to you
We will off course send it again but you will have to pay the postage costs again. We will send you an electronic invoice through paypal for you to pay this.
I want to frame my art
If you live locally then we can help with that – we work very closely with master craftsman Tom Rainsford - see our framing page for more information. If you’re not local then I’m sorry but we don’t ship framed artwork. We are happy to give you some advice if you need it though.
I'm having problems with my Boxbird Account!
