How can I pay for my prints & products?
Boxbird transactions are processed by PayPal in £(pounds sterling) by credit or debit card or from a Paypal Account. All postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout.

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card you can do so by calling 01273 734295 BEFORE placing your order.
Payment by AMEX is accepted but incurs an extra 5% charge.

If you wish to pay by cheque please place your order online selecting cheque as your payment choice, then send the cheque to the below postal address. Purchases will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared which can take up to 5 extra days. Cheques made payable to Boxbird Gallery. 

How much will the postage cost?

UK Postage Costs:

All orders being shipped within the UK will cost £5. This includes the cost of packaging your prints safely + the royal mail costs. Collection from Boxbird Gallery & Studios is of course free!

Artwork will be shipped in either rolled in a very strong tube or in a large rigid envelope. These items will require a signature.
Large pieces will be shipped using a local courier company.

Non-UK customers
All over seas shipping costs £14.00.
Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail's International signed for service. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax - Boxbird takes no responsibility for these charges.

Delivery
UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (Signed for) or Special Delivery.
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 working days of placing your order. If you require items by a certain date please email us immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and we will make every effort to get it to you.

Returns
You may return your item for exchange 7 days from the date printed on your receipt. Refunds will not be given and if exchange is for an item of lesser value you will be given store credit. 

Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used.

Breakages and damaged items
If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 12 days of your order and you have not received correspondence from Boxbird informing you of a delay in delivery please contact us. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to Royal Mail.
